ORDERING & DELIVERY
A: We deliver across India via Delhivery. If your pin code is serviceable by Delhivery, we’ll get Yo Indulge to your doorstep.

Mumbai & Pune: Usually within 1 day
Other metros: 1 - 2 days
Rest of India: 2 - 4 days
A: Yes, We provide free delivery at your doorstep via Delhivery
A: You’ll receive both WhatsApp and email tracking links once your order is handed over to Delhivery; usually within 24 hours of ordering.
A: Orders placed before 12 PM are usually shipped the same day from our Mumbai kitchen.
A: Absolutely. You can mix products in a single order.

A: Yes, that’s exactly what our Corporate Gifting system is built for. Upload up to 500 addresses in a single order.
A: Yes, One payment covers products, shipping, GST, and individual deliveries to every recipient.
A: Absolutely. Use one message for everyone or personalize messages individually per recipient.
A: Yes. A consolidated GST invoice is automatically generated for the full order. Simply add your GSTIN during checkout.
A: Most corporate orders are delivered within 2 - 4 business days depending on location. We dispatch within 24 hours wherever possible.
A: Yes. Email contact@yoindulge.com and we’ll arrange a sample box for your office.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
A: WhatsApp us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll either resend the order or issue a refund - whichever you prefer.
A: Food items can’t be physically returned for hygiene reasons. But if you genuinely didn’t enjoy your order, message us - we’ll offer store credit toward your next order, no questions asked.
A: Courier delays occasionally happen during weather disruptions or peak festive periods. If your tracking hasn't been updated for more than 48 hours, contact us and we’ll escalate it immediately.
