Slow-cooked the old-school way.
STEP 1 - FRESH MAWA DAILY

Mawa is sourced fresh every morning from our Mumbai dairy partner.

STEP 2 - 90-MINUTE SLOW COOK

Cooked slowly in ghee with sugar and cardamom for 90 minutes - never rushed, never shortcut.

STEP 3 - HAND-CUT & WRAPPED

Hand-mixed with chopped nuts, set carefully, cut into bars, and wrapped the very same day.
